Divorce
The breakdown of a marriage is a traumatic and painful experience. Our aim is to minimise the hurt as far as possible by helping you through the various stages of divorce proceedings until a "decree absolute" (the final dissolution of the marriage) is achieved.
Linked with the divorce, financial issues, e.g. the ownership of the matrimonial home, will probably have to be resolved and advice and assistance is available in this area.
